Kunter Orpak holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Yildiz Technical University, which he received in 2012.  In 2009, he received his undergraduate degree at Bogazici University. In 2020, he has finished IT Audit post master program (RE) in the University of Amsterdam. A team member of Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), since 2019 he serves as Senior Supervisor.
